Lucas Horns is a Salt Lake City–based planner, analyst, and community organizer passionate about helping communities grow responsibly and creatively. A lifelong Utahn, he has watched the Mountain West transform and is dedicated to guiding that change through thoughtful, data-driven planning.

With years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and city planning, Lucas brings a holistic understanding of how data, design, and collaboration shape better places. He has partnered with municipalities and organizations across Utah to help them visualize data, engage communities, and plan for responsible growth.
